A characterful Madrid home on Carrera de San Jerónimo, next door to the legendary Lhardy and opposite the Four Seasons. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a bright living room facing the street, in the very heart of the city. Sol, the Barrio de las Letras and the Prado are all a short walk away.

The space

Step into an entrance of black-and-white chequered floors and a gilded mirror, a nod to classic Madrid with a playful twist. The living and dining room faces the street, with a balcony, a crystal chandelier, tall mirrors and dark wooden floors. It opens onto a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, ideal for a relaxed breakfast or a glass of wine before dinner.

Three bedrooms, each with its own personality: patterned wallpapers, upholstered headboards, reading lamps and a desk. The quieter bedrooms overlook the interior courtyard. The home has two bathrooms and a dressing room.

Please note

The apartment is on the third floor of a traditional Madrid building with a beautiful wooden staircase and no lift. It may not suit guests with reduced mobility or very heavy luggage. Ask us and we can arrange help with your bags on arrival.

The neighbourhood

You couldn’t be more central. Lhardy, a Madrid institution since 1839, is next door. Puerta del Sol is a few minutes on foot, and the Prado, the Thyssen and the Retiro are within an easy walk. The tapas bars of the Barrio de las Letras are around the corner.
